Step 5: Combine and Finish
Return the beef to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the beef is cooked to your liking.
Step 6: Serve
To serve, divide the fries among four plates and top with the beef and vegetable mixture. Garnish with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
