Tonight, we're making Korean Turkey Meatloaf! First, preheat your oven to 400°F. While it heats, prep the sweet potatoes with sesame oil & roast for 25 mins. Next, saute garlic green beans. Whisk together the vibrant gochujang glaze. Combine turkey, onion, panko & spices to form the meatloaf, then glaze. Bake for 50 mins, glazing again near the end. Rest before serving with the sweet potatoes & green beans. Dinner's ready in about an hour!
