Use salmon instead of snapper (couldn't find that). Salmon turned out overcooked for the length of time recommended. Whole recipe took way longer than the time listed. Would rearrange the instructions based on this. Potatoes should've been cooked first. Flavours were one note but the citrus glaze was great. Added chipotle chili pepper to the potato hash to add complexity.
