Tonight, we're making Balsamic-Glazed Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomato Risotto and Garlic Green Beans! This Italian-inspired dish is both healthy and delicious, ready in about 45 minutes.
First, preheat your oven to 400°F. Season and sear the chicken before baking it with a balsamic-honey glaze. While it bakes, quickly sauté garlic green beans and start the creamy risotto, adding sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan for incredible flavor. A little parsley to finish and you're ready to serve!
