Honey BBQ Chicken with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Green Beans
Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, honey, and BBQ sauce. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.

Step 3: Roast Sweet Potatoes
On a baking sheet, spread out the cubed sweet potatoes in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.

Step 4: Cook Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

In a bowl, toss the trimmed green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. When the sweet potatoes and chicken have about 15 minutes left, place the green beans in the oven and roast for 10-15 minutes or until crisp-tender.
