Step 1: Preheat Oven

Step 2: Prepare Chicken

Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, honey, and BBQ sauce. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Step 3: Roast Sweet Potatoes

On a baking sheet, spread out the cubed sweet potatoes in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.

Step 4: Cook Chicken
