Step 1: Prepare the marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together the following ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 chipotle peppers, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 2: Marinate the chicken
